PROMANADE PORTAL

As always, you can navigate through the system in a number of ways - options on the Portal "Home" page and the sidemenu allow you to choose.

You can design your own "Welcome" ("alt") page with hyperlinks to relevant sections within the system if required.  The Portal page has navigation tabs for all Categories (if used) or for Groups (Processes, Documents and Roles), with the option to switch between the Groups / Categories views.

Each Category tab lists all relevant groups (both Processes and Documents).  Switch to the "Groups" view to see separate lists.

A summary of recent activity in each of the key elements of the system is shown in boxes on the Portal page. 

PROCESS DETAILS

Select the “Support (2)” tab on the Home Page / “4 - Managing Resources” process group / “4-01 Procurement”.

Task 2.2 has Task Notes (click to view).  As you would expect, you can hyperlink to documents and to other processes from any task.

Select from the "Task Description" drop down in the heading to see alternative views of the process.

The Task Details view (click on the Task Title ) shows all details from the “alternative views” of the selected task.

Click on the “ Checklist ” link to open the Process Checklist.

ROLE INFORMATION

Select Reports / Organisation Chart in the sidemenu and click on a Role Title to expand to the next level.

Click on the “i” icon beside “System Manager” to view the Role Information page for that role (NB also available via the Role link in the sidemenu)
